The Choir of St. Rose Church was founded by Music Director Trevor Kroeger in 2014 in an effort to actively advance the Catholic Church’s 1300-year-old tradition of cultivating and preserving sacred classical music. Comprised of ten professional singers, this chamber choral ensemble prepares music for Sunday Masses, major liturgical observances, and other special events. The ensemble’s repertoire of sacred choral literature spans nearly six centuries and is anchored in the rich tradition of Roman Catholic choral music. The Choir seeks to enhance the worship experience at St. Rose by providing spiritual inspiration through a high standard of musical leadership.
Membership in the Choir is open to singers with vocal training and choral experience. While auditions for full chorister positions are held each year during the summer months, singers can audition at any time for a position on our Auxiliary Roster, our roster for substitute and supplemental singers.
